If you've forgotten your username/password but remember your email address used to sign up, follow these steps to regain access to your account:
- Go to your utility's website and navigate to the payment portal
- Click Forget your username or password?
- Enter the customer or account number and email address you used to setup your profile, click Send Instructions.
- You will receive an email disclosing your username as well as providing a link to reset your password.
- If the email used to create the account is no longer a valid account, please contact Nexbillpay Customer Support at (800) 639-2435 option 3.
***Tip: your password should be 8 or more characters long and include at least one upper and lower case letter and one number. Username and Passwords are very case sensitive.
