I forgot my login, how do I reset it?

If you've forgotten your username/password but remember your email address used to sign up, follow these steps to regain access to your account:

  1. Go to your utility's website and navigate to the payment portal
  2. Click Forget your username or password?
  3. Enter the customer or account number and email address you used to setup your profile, click Send Instructions.
  4. You will receive an email disclosing your username as well as providing a link to reset your password.
  • If the email used to create the account is no longer a valid account, please contact Nexbillpay Customer Support at (800) 639-2435 option 2. 


***Tip: your password should be 8 or more characters long and include at least one upper and lower case letter and one number. Username and Passwords are very case sensitive.
