I cannot pay over the automated phone system

If you are having issues paying over the automated phone system you might need the following:

  1. Your account number might not be on file (New Customer)
  2. You might not be eligible to pay (Delinquent account or past issues with non payment)
  3. You might be using a phone without a clear signal or you might be typing your account number to fast.
